Halloween Party

Tim & I hosted our annual Halloween Party this weekend.  It was a beautiful day as the temperatures were in the high 60s.  Tim entertained the kids with a lot of games outside.

And here is Grandma lulling John to sleep with her music... she must have played 20 minutes with him sleeping in her arms!   One of the many songs she played was "Are you sleeping, Brother John?" :)

John had a fun couple days (October 13 & 14) hanging out with Grandma Carol while his Mom & Grandpa Ted were in class.  Here he is sunbathing "baby style"...

Napping by the pool... it was only in the 60s, too cool for a swim!  I packed his swim trunks but we were surprised with unseasonably cool weather.  It snowed the day before we arrived!

John & his new Aussie animal friends... a kangaroo, koala, & wombat.  John's mom & Grandpa were awarded these for their participation & contributions while in class.  The course is taught by a group of people from Australia.  

He enjoyed the cute, cozy crib provided by the hotel.  

If you're ever in Summerlin, you've got to check out the Red Rock Resort.  It's amazing! 

1st plane ride!!

Here's a sneak peek at John's 1st airplane ride... he was a great traveler and slept most of the time.  There will be more photos of our trip posted soon.

Homecoming weekend

Brielle has been sleeping in her big bed for a couple months now... perfect timing so that she could pass the crib on to Johnny.  She likes to have a few of her favorite things in her bed... her two blankies, some books, a baby doll, a moose, and a pink bunny.
